Why a new alternative to the return loop?
Until now, the only option for making a U-turn in a small space was the 180° return loop, introduced by the system’s creators in 2011. While it allowed for a quick turnaround within a 54 mm diameter, it had some significant limitations:
– A single turning angle, reducing configuration possibilities.
– A delicate installation and limited reliability (the return disk had difficulty staying in place once the chain was in motion).

A multi-exit guide for new possibilities!
With its new Multi-Exit Guide ref UK-3, Magnorail has completely redesigned this system to offer more flexibility, reliability, and an easier installation.
Here are its main innovations:
✅ Multiple exit angles: 90°, 135°, and 180°, to the left or right, allowing for multiple layout configurations. Street intersections and corners for bicycles (H0) or cars (H0 or N) are now possible even in very small spaces!
✅ Full compatibility: Works with existing flexible track and even allows for multiple guides to be connected together to optimize space.
✅ Old and new generation compatible: Works with the previous blue chain and… the future chain to come! (Stay tuned!)
✅ Improved quality: Made of multiple injection-molded plastic components and a metal ball bearing, compared to just two components in the old loop. Magnorail focuses on better quality with its new Multi-Exit Guide to ensure smooth and reliable operation right from the first chain movements.
✅ Optimized price/performance ratio: This new accessory will be available at a lower price than the old return loop!
✅ Easier and more reliable installation: A disk that securely clips onto the body thanks to a real ball bearing, and an anti-ejection cap screwed onto the support to prevent dislodging. Magnorail conducted extensive testing before selecting this solution, ensuring both easy installation and strong durability.
✅Responsible design and manufacturing: Development, manufacturing, and packaging of plastic components are entirely carried out in France.
